Bomb Blasting-Spreading fear everywhere!

Tagged Under : , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Bomb blasting is very22 common now a days in Pakistan especially N.W.F.P. bomb blasts bring a big storm of grief with the deaths of number of innocent people and destruction in the surroundings where it take place. There are many controversies regarding the reasons for the occurrence of these bomb blasts and the most believed reason is that these blasts are planned in order to create the atmosphere of terror, restlessness and unpeacefulness, thereby pressurizing the Government authorities and showing their anger and disagreement of many Government policies and decisions.
These blasts are not only causing physical destruction and devastation, not to forget that they are also involved in irreplaceable loss of valuable lives. They are also creating a mental torture for all the people who fortunately or unfortunately are still safe from hazardous evil of bomb blasts. People are afraid to carry on their day-to-day tasks. These blasts are affecting all the important fields including education. These blasts have an extremely negative affect on the economy and financial sector is badly disturbed.
_42218132_police_afp416Government despite making claims of successful security plans is still unable to cope with this giant of terror. It will not be appropriate to conclude at present how many more people are going to sacrifice their lives before someone will come forward with a solution to this problem.
As a nation, we should perform our duty, cooperate with the law enforcement egencies, and provide them a helping hand so that we can contribute a little bit to our beloved country PAKISTAN.
MAY ALLAH BLESS OUR COUNTRY.AMEEN!

Entry test…..a big challenge for students to change their fate.

Tagged Under : , , , , , , ,

a2Entry test…….a test for pre medical and pre engineering intermediate passed students to perform their best and make their dreams fulfilled by getting admission in medical and engineering. It’s a big challenge for students as it changes the fate of students by exciting few students and disappointing more, because of large number of students appearing in test for only small number of seats that are fixed. Its name causes fear in student’s hearts as their whole career depends on it. no doubt a complete decision of their career path don’t depend merely on entry test but also on Fsc(HSSC) marks and Matric (SSC) marks, but entry test matters a bit more than any else.Large number of studets came for etry test from far places as well just to fullfill their aims.
I myself passed though these fearful days of entry test. One cannot say anything with surety that I will become doctor or engineer now days. No doubt, over confident students say it but only few such students fulfill their dreams. A student having best marks like 950 onwards sometimes don’t get admission in medical or engineering because of obtaining unsatisfactory marks in entry test and on the other hand a student with 800 onwards marks get admission due to satisfactory marks in entry test. So entry test needs a lot of conceptual and thorough study of books. other books also helps like Pretest, Etea, Sat etc. some people say its all luck but I say its not merely luck but it’s the combination of your hard work, maximum time to books, patience in sense by saying no to extra activities and luck also matters. It’s true that one thing that’s not in your fate you cannot get it but Allah can do every impossible to possible. So by saying that it’s the game of luck just go and try it, it’s wrong. If it was true then nobody will study and will wait for their good fate. But here the situation is not like building castles in air. it needs your hard work. No doubt prayers can change fate. One should do prayers with heart along with study.
I myself appeared in entry test and was one of those disappointed students who tried their best, but unfortunately it was not best as compared to those students who qualified that test. It pinches a lot when your aim and dreams break. But life doesn’t end with this….it goes on with new opportunities in front of you. The same was the case with me and I am happy now with my career, by the grace of Allah.
Best wishes and best of luck for all those students who are going to appear in entry test soon………carry on your best performance towards study because this time will not come again……this is the opportunity, make your dreams real….

Aim of education

Portait of young student

True education moulds our character and develops our physical, mental and spiritual abilities and faculties. I think the aim of education is not merely to get knowledge, but to love knowledge not merely to be honest, but to love honesty, not merely to be just but to love justice, not merely to be true but to hunger and thirst after truth. It enables us to face the problems of life boldly and overcome them efficiently.

Education provides us with power of discrimination between right and wrong. A truly educated person is one who is noble, kind, loving, gentle bold, upright, straightforward and honest under all situations. He never falls a prey to temptation for worldly and material gains. Education removes fear, doubt and superstition from our minds. A truly educated person is humble and God fearing. He never usurps the right of others, rather he lives for others. Education makes us cultured, refined humane and loving. It teaches us to be friendly, hospitable, charitable, generous and helpful to all. It enables us to think, decide and act for ourselves

Education is the only mean of development and progress of human race. It aims at developing human mind as a whole. It is the only factor that distinguishes us from animals. A true teacher doesn’t bid his pupils enter the house of his wisdom and knowledge instead he leads them to the threshold of their own mind.

Traveling- as a part of education

Traveling has always been regarded as a part of young one’s education. Traveling gives us first hand knowledge which books cannot provide. Stevensson, rightly said that “books are mighty bloodless substitute for life and can impart only second hand knowledge at the best”. Traveling gives an excellent training for building one’s character.

Traveling brings about understanding between different nations and links them together in close cultural relations. Traveling serves as a true test for one’s strength of character. Our love for good and dislike against the evil depend largely on public praise and blame. Thus if we can show fellow-feeling, courage, generosity and goodness while traveling among strangers, it means that we really have strong character

Worlds great travelers like Ibne Batuta, Columbus and Saadi Shirazi have been men of great renown. They acquired knowledge about men through travels and became great discoverers, poets and experienced men of the world.

Thus in every land and through all ages, the importance of traveling has been realized. Therefore I think our educationalists as well as our social institutions should give due importance to this aspect of life.
